Cypress Creek Lakes is located in the heart of the U.S. Highway 290 corridor, just 24 miles from downtown Houston. The development has 3.5 miles of frontage on Fry Road. This major thoroughfare provides access from Interstate 10 to US Highway 290.
We offer numerous sparkling lakes with a great collection of homesites with lakefront views. Our spacious recreation center is nestled among beautiful live oak trees on a 4.9 acre site overlooking a 6 acre lake. It features a playground, a Splash Pad and a picnic pavilion. Outdoor enthusiasts enjoy our hiking, biking and jogging trails, and golfers love the nearby award-winning golf course.
Our second recreation center opened in the Fall of 2006. The new recreation center offers a pool, playground and jogging trails.
